I had a sandwich that was not made as requested. When I spoke to the manager, Joy, her immediate response was, “how can I fix it”. That is genuine costumer service. Kudos to Joy.
Nice portions, VERY hospitable staff. My husband and I split a 12 inch “The Bobby” sub and fries, it was more than enough for both of us. My husband forgot to order the sandwich hot and they remade it hot for us with no problem. When the line showed down the woman working the counter came out to the dining area to chat with the customers and even learn two elderly customers by name, it was sweet 🥹. Employee was literally smoking weed outside of the restaurant. It makes the restaurant very unappealing. Definitely not eating here again.
