This was my first visit to Capriotti's and I think it will be my last. While my roast beef sandwich (the 5" small hero) was perfectly adequate, the service was prefunctory and unfriendly. Maybe she was having a bad day, I always like to give the benefit of the doubt. But when you are a new customer, it usually shows, and maybe as the person at the counter, you can extend yourself a bit, realizing the customer has never seen the menu, or the different size sandwiches offered, or has any inkling of how things operate there.
