I walked in to order person at the register had headphones on with their back to me. I said hello 3 or 4 time after waiting a few minutes with no response I walked out.
I'm from New England and since I've moved to GA I cannot find a good sub shop. This however has come the closest. Good bread and fresh and homemade ingredients made for a good meal. I wish they had more choices in toppings (hot relish, more pickles, more choice in cheese) and the prices were a bit high for a sub but I would (and have) stop go back if I was craving a sub. Staff great but sandwich was disappointing. Onions weren't fresh, way too much mayo was on that I had to take off.
TERRIBLE experience. I placed an online order with my order pick up time kf 3:21, I left the store at 3:35 after sitting there with my order not ready then when it was my name was never called. The employee said my order was ready for a while but I sat in the restaurant after arriving on time and waiting. They marked my order ready on the app on time but it was 15 minutes later I recieved my food. None of my notes/instructions were followed. Verry sad and dissapointing experience.
This place is amazing and the owner, Justin, went way and beyond to help us with our order. The Bobbie is soooo delicious and so yummy since I didn’t get enough Dressing this past Thanksgiving!! Loved The Club as well. The bread is so soft and fresh!! Can’t wait to go back!!
