*13 April 2026 update: Recently after 20 years one of the employees who seemed to be holding the operation together retired and the shop has been closed on our last 3 visits to the casino. Recently found out that they are now open Thursday through Sunday. Now they close at 6 pm on Thursday and Sunday, open until 7 pm on Friday and Saturday. **The most unfortunate update is that nearly 2/3 of the menu disappeared! 😿 no more Waygu and Bleu salad 🥗 or any other salads for that matter. i'm heart broken 💔😭

WORST SANDWICH EVER, DRY, NO FLAVOR. I TOOK ABOUT 3 BITES AND IN THE GARBAGE IT WENT. WOULDN'T FEED TO MY DOG 🤢🤢🤢

We are diehard Capriotti’s fans and we’re super excited that there is a location in our hotel. We picked there to get our dinner over going out for prime rib or having a meal elsewhere. It took 30 minutes to get our sandwiches, the person in front of us received, ate, and had left long before we got ours with 3 people behind the counter. The sandwiches were by far the worst we have ever had. The Bobby was dry and honestly not recognizable as turkey. It could have been any kind of meat. The Capistrami was gristle.
