The wait time is absurd. 6 weeks ago I ordered 2 sandwiches. An hour later. Nothing. I had to leave for my concert. I had been told a 20 min wait. Waste of 30$. Today. 3rd in line. 15 minutes waiting to order. The workers look so bored and miserable. The order talker was cold. No thank you. No meeting my eyes. Closed 25 mins early drove an hour for my fav subs very disappointed
***9 June 2025 update: I'm very sad to report that unfortunately it appears that this shop is no longer in operation. Recently after 20 years one of the employees who seemed to be holding the operation together retired and the shop has been closed on our last 3 visits to the casino. Recently found out that they are now open Thursday through Sunday. Now they close at 6 pm on Thursday and Sunday, open until 7 pm on Friday and Saturday.
