We ordered two subs that took 20 minutes to be ready. The place wasn't that crowded but they seemed to be short-staffed. Forgivable to some extent. The sandwiches were not forgivable. The cheese steak was just horrible. It was like left over pot roast thrown on a roll with some cheese. I saw not one molecule of pepper. The other sandwich was equally as unappealing. Also many of the beverage selections were not available. Subway would literally have been better that that.
Billy is amazing here! He gave us a very welcoming experience and made sure we didn’t leave hungry or sad! Will definitely be back!
The turkey provolone sub would have been better if the turkey wasn’t so dry. It didn’t seem fresh. It was horrible but if the turkey was better the sub would have been fantastic.
I grew up on Capriotti's. It's my favorite sandwich shop. Been to the original in DE, if I'm traveling and they have one in that city, I make a point to grab a sandwich. Can't go to Vegas without grabbing a Capriotti's Bobbie to take on the plane home. THIS Capriotti's is not representative of any of the others. Ordered take out so can't really rate service or atmosphere. Food was amazing. Only reason for 4 stars and not 5 was no real explanation about size of small, medium or large. Had to google search and even then there were differences listed.
