If i could leave zero stars... that's what this would be. I went in to the sandwich shop at 8:12pm. The shop closed at 9pm. My husband and I waited at the counter, ready to order for several minutes. Two team members were cleaning up, had chairs up, and looked as though they were cleaning the cold condiment area. Never once were we acknowledged. Had we walked in 10-15 minutes prior to closing, fine. But 47-48 minutes prior to closing? Absolutely-freaking-not. We walked out. I visit this location regularly, but will never go ... read more
