Capriottis used to be great when I had it in LV. Unfortunately these stg locations are sub par. You’re paying $20 for a sandwich with very little meat, mostly coleslaw or lettuce. It is just not worth the money. There is no value anymore. You’re better off going to Jimmy John’s or DP cheesesteaks.

I’m familiar with this chain and brought my parents today. I love The Bobbie so I ordered one for myself, a little disappointed as the stuffing was cold and crumbly (I’m used to warm and soft) My parents each got a cheesesteak which they loved, but during ordering they were a little confused as to what kind of peppers are “sweet” and “hot”. I really enjoy Capriottis with their consistently fresh tasting sandwiches. This location tends to have better service than the other. But this location also tends to always be out of something - meats and produce. And we’re not talking about at the end of the day, even Saturday at lunch. What I don’t understand about the produce is why they wouldn’t just pop over to Harmons to grab some lettuce or tomatoes. I find that disappointing. Otherwise, I would give them 5 stars. I very much enjoy the food, and the portion was surprisingly huge, we fed 4 people with 2 large subs, and had leftover food for another meal for 2. The 2 star review was accidental, thanks for pointing it out.

I think it was better ten years ago in LV when it wasn’t $20 for a sandwich and had more meat.
