First time I went was good. 2nd time the cheese steak had weird taste. Just don't get it to go. I got the large and had to throw it away. The bread completely dissolved and couldn't even pick it up. Wasted 30 bucks and had to stop somewhere else to get food.
My first time here! Best sandwich I have ever eaten in Alabama. Wonderful, kind, friendly staff. Bringing the hubby next time. Thank you all for a great lunch.
This was my first visit to Capriotti's Sandwich Shop, and it was a great experience. The manager, Mike, was extremely helpful in answering all my questions about the menu. His customer service was top tier—he clearly cares about his job and making every customer feel welcomed. My wife tried the Bobbie and loved it. I went with the meatball sandwich, which I also really enjoyed. I’m already looking forward to going back and trying some of Mike’s recommendations. Highly recommend stopping by if you're in the area.
