Ordered online. Arrived approximately 3 minutes before app said food would be ready. Two parties were already in restaurant and one party was receiving their food. My order had not been started. I had to wait an additional 10-15 minutes for my food. Only one employee working at location. After receiving my order, I drove home approximately 7 minutes. Similar experience to Shawn's, review from 3 days ago. Store was basically empty with 1 person eating, a possible manager, and 1 other employee. Empty fridge, empty shelves, most soft drinks were covered with "out of order". No Wagyu beef, no fries, and the portions on our 2 sandwiches were a joke compared to a month ago. What's going on? Probably won't be back which is disappointing bc we used to like this place a lot.

This location used to be outstanding, but today I'm not sure it's going to survive. The front cold case is mostly empty, the rack for chips are empty, they are not wrapping the sandwiches in capriottis paper, the bags are the generic bags they sell at the dollar store, we were interrupted and told by the lady at the counter that there was "no dips, no dips, no dips, no au jus". This place was good but something is changed now. Most of the fountain drinks are not available. Also most of the menu items are also not available. Earlier you used to get vegetarian options but now it is not there though their menu has the same.
