Saturday 9/19/2026, was my family's first time ever eating at Capriottis. I ordered the "Hot Bobbie" at the Eastvale,Ca. location. I was very disappointed in the quality and overall quality of the food. So much I felt it necessary to send this message. The sandwich had little to no taste. It was absolutely overloaded with cranberry sauce. So much, it made the bread so mushy and soggy you could hold the sandwich because it would break apart in your hands. My cheesesteak came out nice and hot when I placed my order for pickup. The sandwiches here are always top notch and amazing.
always clean and great service. Love the hot bobby side of gravy always a must have here!
