** UPDATE** At the end of my review you see a comment from the “owner” encouraging me to fill out a form so that I could be contacted directly in reference to this issue. It’s been 3 days and still no response back from them either. Additionally, I just contacted my credit card company again (as of 1/21) and they are CONFIRMING (which I already knew) that Capriottis has never attempted to refund my card any amount. I have always love Capriotti's. I moved out of state and came back in for New Years. Figured we'd get some good subs to ring in the New Year...except they were out of rolls...a sub shop out of rolls. Sucks for us. Btw, this was 5:45pm. Maybe next time, but Glasgow Deli is prepared.
Picked up our order. It was ready on time.
This is the worse Capriottis I have ever experienced. Rude management that just likes to argue and not make things right. I feel bad for those who work there. I recommend everyone avoid this location-just this one.
35.00 for a large and medium cheese steak Asked for mushrooms got all the way home and there was fried onions, heart burn for hubby, and where's the meat?? 21.99 for a roll, paper, onions and the bag😞
