I stopped eating turkey (and other animals) because of ethical reasons -- turkeys, btw, are incredibly smart, curious, and affectionate animals -- but I was always a meat lover. Finding plant-based meat alternatives has been a godsend, and the vegetarian turkey subs at Capriotti's rate at the very top of the list of options out there. Of all the plant-based turkey I've had, this is by far the best. Bravo for offering these options!
Got my order wrong three times in a row. Insanely aggravating. I hope this place gets shut down.
Overpriced and small portions! Everything is $2 more than it should be - photos are misleading. I ordered 1/2 a chicken sub (which was tiny and was described as premium grilled chicken which was old and dry), a bag of chips and a brookie. They charged $2.49 for a 50 cent bag of potato chips and the $4.99 brookie was really just a small brownie. Food was basic at best.
I am not sure what exactly they consider chicken but when I went to counter to simply say I do not want this, the young man came up to me with a box of chicken and said all chicken comes in a box !!! SAVE your money!! Stay away . The young actually scared me as he kept yelling at me bc I didn’t want another sandwich as it is NOT meat ! BUT, he states all chicken comes in a box !!
