RecommendedJim has been my landlord for about 9 years and I enjoy being his tenant. If something needs to be fixed or replaced, he is on it within 24 hours or less. He is so easy to talk to and will help his tenants any way he can. I would highly recommend him as a landlord. He is definitely the best landlord in the town of Elmira.

Jim is the best landlord in the area. His apartments are very nice. Definitely not a slumlord. My only complaints was that sometimes it took awhile to get maintenance. All in all-- if you get the chance to rent from him--TAKE IT!!
Jim Capriotti was my landlord for two and a half years. He is not only a good man, but a great landlord. Jim has a passion for these buildings and it shows in his work. These newest row houses are absolutely stunning. Keep up the amazing work Jim!
