Incredibly unprofessional. Paul lacks critical thinking skills, is ineffective at communication and has no semblance of technical literacy. Paul does not follow current ADR practices and procedures as outlined in the Rules and through the Md Courts. Please find a Mediator who understands how to use a calendar, communicates to all parties and does not waste hours and hours of billable time due to careless oversights and his negligence in practice.
