AWESOME! 17th floor, great view. Management very nice. Good parking. Quiet location but close enough to walk to Surfer's City. Would definitely stay here.
DO NOT BOTHER STAYING HERE, BODY CORPORATE BULLY YOU OUT OF THE COMMON AREAS. We stayed here with a family friend, and a lady came down and asked us if we were randoms, we told her we are not and we are here with family members who owns the unit. The asian lady left, and then an older man maybe 50/60s came down, kept stating he was apart of body corporate and spoke down to every single person in our group. Really loved this accommodation here! It was in such a beautiful spot and the views were amazing! Everything was pretty much walking distance and it felt super safe at night time as well. The place was super clean and didn’t find any roaches anywhere which was relieving or anything like that. The pool, spa and sauna were also excellent! Also absolutely loved that there was a smart tv and two bathrooms in our apartment. We also got a free upgrade which we really appreciated.
