We had an emergency with our motorhome and Bryce and Baillie saved the day with cheerful, timely and knowledgeable service. Highly recommend Capricorn Caravans and very grateful to Bryce and Baillie. Awesome work boys.
Just rocked up with a broken door lock, expecting to have to order a whole new door. Bryce took a look, found a lock, and fitted it right there on the spot! He was careful and thorough. The price was very reasonable. I highly recommend this business.
We booked in as required - we have a 3 way fridge that would not work on 240 volt but would work on gas and car battery. We arrived and were first to be attended to at 8.30 am The reception advised that our fridge would not be assessed until lunch time - we had driven overc 6 hours to be there on time - so I wasn’t too happy about that. When I pursued to have it looked at and someone came inside and looked at the fridge to check the part it may require (a new element) - they didn’t have the part anyway. I had to repair a door handle. I couldn’t do it myself so I brought it into Bryce. He fixed it. Everyone at Capricorn caravan Centre was so helpful and polite. Great service thank you.
Natasha is seriously the rudest person with the poorest communication skills. My awning broke and as they were literally 5mins walking distance I contacted them. I answered many questions regarding the awning and advised my motorhome could not be safely driven. I chased up with many phone calls to find out how everything was going, during one of which I was told the awning had been ordered. This morning I stopped in after walking my dog.
