Unfortunately we would NOT recommend this business - although the warranty work was completed, it was not without issues, including damages to our brand new caravan including a cracked splashback, a power point pulled through the switch/wiring damage (as it was caught on back of the fridge) plus scuffs / dents. I needed my DO45 pin changed from my old tongue onto my new one but don’t have the right tool with me in Rocky. So I called this place to see if they could do it for me as a favour as it’s literally one nut and can be done in about 30 seconds. Yeah sure they said, leave it with us and we’ll give you a call. When I arrived to pick it up they stung me $40!!! I didn’t argue cause I was in work uniform, but they 100% implied they would do it as a courtesy then ripped me $40 after the job was done. Great service, had a cruise master D045 supplied and installed where bolt holes don't align, not an issue for this firm, old holes filled and ground to disappearance. Service and minor repairs carried out to the highest quality trade work possible. And all completed at a very reasonable cost. Further, very helpful stress free drop off and pick up with their professional staff. Very impressed and recommend highly.

I had a 240 inlet plug replaced. Staff were friendly and helpful. The repair was done really well and the service was fast! I can't recommend this business highly enough!
