Horrible experience dealing with Stephen Casey. Would not recommend Acera!
They increased our house insurance premiums by 20% year over year, which was an additional $500 in our case. Rather than prefacing our renewal reminder email with a proactive explanation for the increase, they simply instructed us to pay our premiums which, according to their math, was only an additional $48 per year because they added cyber security to the policy. $48 is a far cry from $500 and, in my opinion, an attempt to feign transparency while drawing attention away from their bloated premiums.
