Once you get through to the right people, this place is great.
After initial in person visit, I sent in the requested documents several times to two different emails requesting insurance for my small business - they were ultimately unable to even receive my emails. No follow up or support at all. I do not recommend, I left feeling disappointed.
The people who work here honestly care about the customers coming through the door. They will sit down with you and meet you where your at, and listen to your story and vision. I will never look anywhere else for insurance because it's rare to meet a group so dedicated and brilliant making innovation possible and dreams take shape. They're the best at what they do in the Yukon! Thank you here since 2018 and counting
Called 2 times re property insurance. Receptionist passed my message, she said. Left voicemail myself. They never call back, ever. What a joke.
We were under a time crunch to find new house insurance and Jill S. came through for us. She was lovely to deal with and very responsive. We love Jill! Thank you so much!
