I used Acera insurance for a number of years for my car and motorcycle insurance but unfortunately had a recent experience with Acera that cost me time and money due to their mistake. I provided notice that I do not want my insurance policy renewed for another year, and I signed a form twice stating so as the first time I sent the form they “didn’t receive it”. I provided notice about 3 months before my policy was up so they had plenty of time to get this sorted. Even though I received written email confirmation from Kathy Grist that the policy had been cancelled, I was charged for the renewal policy and have yet to receive a refund. They renewed my policy against my consent and are now withholding funds.... read more

This is my 2nd year coming to this location. It got worst and worst ever this year. The first who opened my account for last year gave me false info and didn’t know whats she’s doing. This year, the person who was working in my insurance was not very helpful, doesn’t know how to listen to the customer, keep cutting you off while talking and not a good customer service. I would not recommend going to this location. Waste of time.
