Every time you go here the staff is new again and nobody knows what they are doing. Maybe thats why they all seem to leave. Any time I find a good agent they leave and your stuck with new people again. Asked to talk to the manager but they are never there the staff said. Moving my business to Westland where they are organized

I used Acera insurance for a number of years for my car and motorcycle insurance but unfortunately had a recent experience with Acera that cost me time and money due to their mistake. I recently purchased a car, and during the dealer insurance process for that car the Acera insurance rep told me that a different policy would be cheaper for the other (second) car I own. I provided notice that I do not want my insurance policy renewed for another year, and I signed a form twice stating so as the first time I sent the form they “didn’t receive it”. I provided notice about 3 months before my policy was up so they had plenty of time to get this sorted. Even though I received written email confirmation from Kathy Grist that the policy had been cancelled, I was charged for the renewal policy and have yet to receive a refund. They renewed my policy against my consent and are now withholding funds.... read more
