First time home buyer looking for property insurance and details on how it works and the lady just kept wanting to refer me to her FAQ sheet for condos. Just gave me a paper to fill out to apply for their insurance and that was it. I’m not gonna blindly pay for something when I don’t understand it. Unhelpful. Did business with Waypoint insurance instead of who answered all of my questions so I can completely understand how it works. Absolutely would not recommend Acera in vernon.
