Went here to get insurance on a new vehicle and I had told them I wanted to pay first months insurance right away and thinking I did they took it off the top end and now I’m stuck paying double the amount. There is no way for icbc to change that and when I called to complain they had no idea what they did and have to look into it. I won’t be dealing with them again and will be going somewhere else!
Very bad service. Go anywhere else for insurance needs. Staff far from helpful and rude.
Worst insurance I have ever been to. Tried to insure out of province vehicle and the staff including the manager were absolutely incompetent and unable to do their job. I would not recommend using this office.
The office of this campaign is located at Polson Park Mall. The campaign closing time is 17:00. I arrived at their place to register an imported car at 16:30 and found a group of 5-7 women talking about something around one of the tables. Upon learning of the reason for my visit, I was refused service because, in their opinion, the process would take about an hour.
