Great group of agents. Service is fast and accurate.
The man I spoke with on the phone about changing the policy for my condo insurance wasn't very helpful, he was very short and trying to rush off the phone without addressing all the changes I needed. We spoke for maybe 3 minutes total. I imagine he's taking a lot of phone calls but this is important and needs to be treated less carelessly.
