The man I spoke with on the phone about changing the policy for my condo insurance wasn't very helpful, he was very short and trying to rush off the phone without addressing all the changes I needed. We spoke for maybe 3 minutes total. I imagine he's taking a lot of phone calls but this is important and needs to be treated less carelessly.
Carrol Moeller is an absolute pro when it comes to insurance! She helped me with my condo insurance, and I was seriously impressed by her depth of knowledge and experience.
