Just wanted to give a shout out to Sydney Sanford, who was unbelievable to deal with, super helpful, and extremely responsive in dealing with all of our insurance questions and needs. I've also had a great experience with James Casorso in the past, and the team over there is very responsive and first class. Great work, guys.
My experience here was very poor. I asked for a quote and wasn’t given one even when I supplied all my information and waited a couple weeks for a response.
We had such a positive experience with Acera insurance while insuring our car last year in Vernon, that I tried to insure our home with Acera in Kelowna, but I am not at all impressed with my experience with Carol Moeller while trying to get a quote for house insurance. When I asked why she needed so much information regarding out buildings we did not to insure, she accused me of being in the wrong for asking and clearly did not want our business.
