As always, great experience!! Dawnette was on holidays so got Michelle, hadn’t had her in 10 years. Had a hoot. Yes a hoot. Probably don’t hear that often about buying insurance.
Nina at the Lake Country branch is the Best! 5 Stars! Professional, knowledge, courteous and a really nice person. Very rare these days! She helped my wife and I while we were traveling. We cannot recommend Acera Insurance enough!

Massive scavanger hunt, went in monday after work to get forms for a vehicle transfer, and ask if a gifted vehicle from sister inlaw is tax excempt. I was told yes. So i fill our forms and bring them back after work tuesday. I forgot registration my fault. Go back wednesday with the inlaws registration. Not accepted due to docusign signature. Go back for a fourth day. And am told there is now no tax excemption and i have to pay over 400 dollars to insure a vehicle that has been parked for 2 years and is not in good condition... read more
