Always great service from Naomi!!
We called earlier this month to get a quote on house insurance renewal, was told it should be a couple weeks. We just got it the day the insurance expires. Went to their office to cancel renewal lady was very rude. Will not be going back there.
Home Insurance: They wasted my time asking for house pictures, dates of installation of the hotwater tank that was not available anywhere, which was not even necessary. Telling me that i would have to pay for additional inspections of the hotwater tank and furnace to achieve installation dates. Then finding out through a different company that Aviva would cover any additional inspection costs if required! I spent 3 weeks trying to get house insurance with Capri.
