I recently switched my home and car insurance over to Kevin Kishor at Acera and the experience was seamless and saved us a ton of money. Highly recommend Kevin and Acera based on my many recent experiences with them. Thanks for changing my opinion on insurance companies. You helped me make the informed decision on my coverage and guided me through what can be a stressful and expensive process.
I have left multiple messages and emails for Kevin Kishor but he never responds. He assured me he would get back to me with quotes and its been weeks now. Ended up taking my business elsewhere because we take possession in a few days.
Had some initial issues with getting my home insurance renewed, but was extremely happy with the great service and follow-up provided by Aarsh. He did a fantastic job of turning an unpleasant experience into a much better one. Five stars for Aarsh : )
It's seems to have gone downhill since they changed from Capri Insurance to Acera, but unfortunately that almost always seems to be the case when the corporate behomoth buys out the smaller business that was built on a solid foundation of good customer. Customer service skills are weak and product knowledge is lacking. Makes one wonder if dealing with the broker is even necessary when you can just go direct to the insurance provider themselves (didn't feel that way before...).
