Amanda Roberts, Jason Baughen and Jonathan Lukacik combined to provide the worst customer service integration we have ever experienced. They don't communicate, they don't follow through with their duties and don't take responsibility for their actions. We have a recording of Amanda Roberts yelling at my wife, hanging up twice but Amanda won't take responsibility despite our recording.
