Our baseball team has been playing in St Pete for the last two years and this is by far the best resort we’ve ever stayed in. Leeann Allmond is absolutely the best manager and person we’ve ever had take care of us. She’s so personable and goes out of her way to make sure your stay is perfect. We’ll continue to visit here every year just for the service we get from Leeann and all the staff.
My wife and I have been staying at the Caprice Resort for one week each visit for the last 6 years. We love it.
We had a condo on 3rd floor with an incredible view of the beach for miles. Each condo is privately owned but they are all managed by the same property management company. Our unit was 301 and was 2BR/2BA with deck. Unit was in immaculate condition & fully updated in every way! Hardwood floors, new appliances, new everything! The master bedroom has an enormous window overlooking the beach, which is about 30yds away & easily accessible.
