I purchased a vehicle from Caprice Auto and the service and experience were excellent! Alex the owner is awesome and very kind. He responded to all my questions and told me everything I needed to know about the vehicle. He was very open up front. He serviced the vehicle and addressed the minor things I mentioned. The sales person Mark was also nice promptly answering all my texts and call. The same goes for Alex. Smooth process and I'm gladly happy. Recommend! Thanks.
Caprice Auto Centre is not honest, fair or polite. I purchased a vehicle with warranty, drove it home and the same day the check engine light came on and message centre said turn of engine. Ali said they would repair the vehicle and provided me a loaner. The loaner they leant me then broke down 2 days later at my place of employment. Ali the owner of Caprice then advised me they would not repair the vehicle and gave me money back in part e transfer and part cash at my place of employment not returning it to the credit card i... read more
Ali is one of the easiest guys to deal with I have ever met. Him and his team offer top notch service. People need to remember that with any used car you may find something wrong that may have got missed, especially intermittent problems. With these guys if you do have a problem they will fix it and make sure you are happy!
