This has been a lovely community to live in! Management is always communicative and helpful. Maintenance is always reliable and efficient. Highly recommend Capriana as a beautiful, quiet place to live! It is one of the best communities we have had the pleasure to live in!

Roaches! I moved here in January and loved the property. I came from downtown LB so this was much more peaceful. It’s quiet and safe but I was not expecting cockroaches. Let me first start by saying I am an extremely clean person with OCD and I don’t even allow shoes worn around my apartment. I found a roach in my hallway when I first moved into my apartment in January. The leasing office was kind enough to submit the work order for pest control but they only come Tuesdays.
