I've been seeing Genelle for almost a year and a half now, and she has played a huge role in keeping me moving & doing all of the things I love to do, from running and hiking, camping, and everything in between (including an office job!). Her treatments always leave me feeling like a new person, and the vibes are always fun! The Capria team & space are such a great place to be. :)
I had a prenatal massage with Richelle yesterday and my main issue was my upper back and hips. I am writing this review the following day as I have woken up to no pain at all , I’ve finally had a decent nights sleep without my upper back and hips bothering me in pain . I will definitely recommend Richelle for the pregnant persons out there specially for pain relief . I will be returning . Thank you , Richelle !
Capri care has been such a dream for dealing with all the aches and pains my body has been going through during my pregnancy. Lauren especially has been so good. It feels like she almost specialized with working with prenatal patients. The massage she gave just had the perfect amount of pressure and she even gave me some pointers of things to do to help me with this journey. I just really hope I'm going to have to time to see her after the baby comes too!

Great experience with Capria every single time. Shout out to Lauren - she has been phenomenal with a very holistic approach to RMT. She has helped with posture correction, focusing on prevention of recurring lower back issues. With every session she takes the time to explain exercises that can be done to alleviate the problem altogether, not just a short term fix. Highly recommend for RMT that goes beyond just relaxation!
