If I had the option to give them 0 stars I would. I booked a couple massage with them for Sat, February 13 at 2:00pm. Literally while I was en route, I receive a call from a lady at 1:30pm saying that I missed my appointment. I tried explaining to her that I booked it at 2:00pm and had the email to prove it, the lady on the phone insisted that she had me down for 1:00pm.
