Booked online with Haley for a gel manicure several days in advance. Got a text reminder of my appointment. Drove 35 mins to my appointment only to be told “I deleted that app 6 months ago”. Welp clients can still book on it. Might want to get that fixed. I am 3 weeks postpartum and was looking forward to getting some me time. Guess I won’t be going here.
(40 minutes late travelling... didn't realize how much traveling time it would be to see Wendy... left $15 as an apology.) She was nice enough in text about rescheduling. Drove an hour to get to her two days later. (10 minutes late.) Wendy - "I'm not doing this." I asked if she would like to redeem the Groupon that I got. "Keep it." - In a frankly passive-aggressive tone. Should have a nice hour drive now... hair in the wind... Would be even more apologetic and offer anything more for being minutes later to get an appointmen... read more
Jeannette is very nice and caring also very good as a hair stylist I would highly recommend her
Janette is my stylist and she does an amazing job. I have been very happy with the results every time I've gone there.
