A friend of mine died in September in his home at capri rialto . He was not discovered for almost a month! Only because a neighbor called the police about a fowl odor. How could the management not know something was wrong! I used to live there in the early 2000's. Joanne is a horrible manager! Very rude and disrespectful. Shame on you Joanne for not checking on Michael like you should have! You knew he was in poor health!
