Shane on you Capri! – A little humility will go a long way. I attended an event caterred by Capri. There were a multitude of problems that I witnessed first hand given that I interacted with the staff and served the food. The host who hired Capri issued a long list of complaints about. The owner refused to acknowledge any of the feedback, and lold a multitude of lies to save face. We all make mistakes. Capri will obviously continue making them.
Favorite Italian place – I've been to Capri 4 or 5 times and am always happy I was there. The wait for a table can be really frustrating, even with a reservation. The bar is fine for a cocktail while you wait. The tables get a little cramped during peak hours but the wait staff is agile and snappy. Best fried calamari in the Southwest burbs, hands down.
