The management at Capri on Camelback are worthless. Somebody used a key to enter my residence to steal almost everything from my apartment. The manager blamed it on me and accused me of taking my own stuff and then told me that she is far richer than me and she didn't steal my stuff because she has better stuff than me. DO NOT EVER RENT FROM CAPRI ON CAMELBACK, IT'S LOW END WITH NO AIR CONDITIONING AND THE MANAGEMENT IS USELESS. There's always trash in the hallways and they stink and have bugs.
My experiences here weren’t all bad over the last 3 years. I’ve definitely dealt with a lot from g tv e bugs to the mold etc.. the last few months Timeira made living there easier. She was very helpful whenever needed and truly showed concern with my complaints. Thank you Timeira, hopefully you stick around a while.
We were warmly greeted by Timeira Deadrick Upon walking in here. She is very courteous, friendly and professional. Told her what I was looking for and she explained what this facility offered in that regard. Described how large the apartments were and what the different ones offered. Gave me a great tour of the grounds The pool, the fitness room, the laundry facilities and community room. Answered all my questions expertly and showed me a studio and a 1 bedroom unit. Timeira,is the best , very personable, helpful , professional,informative. She assisted me in every way possibleplus some. I really appreciate her so much. And look forward to seeing her daily at this establishment.
