My friend and I arrived here at 5 pm to get pedicures. We were seated and began soaking our feet. The pedicure was beginning to start. At 510 pm two young ladies arrived and said they had 530 pm appointments. We have walked in here many times and been served appropriately. Nevertheless, we were asked to leave so they could service the two young ladies who had appointments in 20 minutes. Imagine; a service begins and you are asked to dry your feet and get up and leave. The service was extremely disappointing. I asked for a manicure with acrylic, but they removed it without asking me and said they couldn’t use the same system, so they applied a “stronger gel” instead. I never approved this change, yet I was charged $90 for removing the acrylic and applying gel — which is outrageous. On top of that, I was charged $50 for a pedicure just for using gel polish. Capri Nail Salon is such a lovely spot. The people here are genuinely kind, super professional, and really take pride in what they do. You can tell they care about their clients and want you to leave feeling your best. They’re courteous, attentive, and just really good at what they do. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone!
