Unfortunately, the front desk demanded that we pay top price for our room.. THAT WE HAD ALREADY BOOKED AND PAID FOR VIA HOTELS.COM., after giving them our CONFIRMATION NUMBER.

They are renovating, but they were great in accommodating my mom and I, cause she can't walk that far...I have never met a more friendlier staff. You treat them with respect as anyone would..I will assure to be back here again... Definitely would recommend.... plus the restaurant next store is great...
This place has bedbugs and the staff completely refused to acknowledge it and tried to cover it up
