The room was filthy, the sheets and towels were not cleaned or were permanently stained.... Make up smears, dirt, etc. the sink did not drain and just had standing water in it. The couch looked like something picked up on the side of the road. The coffee maker didn't have a filter or a lid, so couldn't make coffee. We arrived late (11:30 pm) and had a toddler with us, so I felt like I couldn't just leave. My kid needed to sleep. I guess that is one plus of the place, they allowed for a late check in. Rooms have dirty floors, ants, dust-coated ac units, and dilapidated appliances. There is clearly no care put into this place, if they don't have the money to create a decent atmosphere they should shut down, especially because they charged us $98 for the night. This place before tax and fees was $75 and should be $40. Service was fine, but the owners clearly have too much on their plates. Don't come here.

Even though i had confirmed or reservation the day before, they canceled our room at 4pm the day of check in. Called to tell us they had sold out and had nothing left for us. My friend had even paid in advance for her room. We were in town for a funeral. Terrible custumer service.
The advertisement for the Capri motel that you are shown online are absolutely false! Most rooms do not have coffee makers let alone coffee. You can get coffee from the store, but no longer provide breakfast of any kind. The rooms are all set at 1 price, in which it's very over priced if u asked me They haven't used their pool in years. They have removed a lot of their inside door locks that provide guests with an extra sense of security. And their customer service skills need a lot of work.
