COULD BE BETTER – USED TO BE NICER. I WISH THAT WHEN YOU HAD A COMPLAINT THAT IT WAS DEALT WITH PROMPTLY. BECAUSE OF IGNORANT NEIGHBOR ISSUES I AM PROBABLY GOING TO SELL. MY MOBILE HOME. PARK IS A LITTLE STEEP IN LOT RENT BUT IF THEY WEEDED OUT THE IGNORANT PEOPLE.
Robbie is leaving. – I understand that Rob has to make a decision based on whats best for him, but the owners should double his salary or do whatever it takes to make him stay. I own 1 house at southern comfort and 1 at capri. Thank God Rob manages both. Ms. Jan tried her best, but when rob took over ,things changed and did a 360 degree turn around. I cant let my homes go down in value. I am going to sell if Rob leaves.
