this is a beautiful park with a nice pool. The club house can be used for free for parties and events. The laundry room is clean, and affordable. There lots of tress and shade. it s close to many stores and public transportation like walmart, home depot, ikea, and lot of resturants. It's also really close to the river cats and old sacramento. The people are friendly and helpful. And i can have my pets too. For 7 years i have enjoyed living in this park. Angie
