I had a telehealth appointment back in October 2024 to get my prescription renewed for 2025. I was told by Prima Foster that she renewed my prescription. Fast forward to this month, I call the pharmacy and found out that my prescription did not get renewed. Then when I call her office, I was told that they need to physically see me and that I had an appointment on January 17, and that i also had to get labs done again. This place is the WORST! The wait to the room can be up to an hour and another hour BEFORE your seen! Hardly EVER get a human on the phone and when I do, I am moved to all kinds of different lines, just to get LIED to and nothing ever done! Find yourself a caring, compassionate, informed, and competent staff.
I been going to this place for some years now!!!! I have finally decided enough is enough! I have to call constantly about sending my prescriptions over to the pharmacy, call about whats the status of my blood work and many more things! They don't answer the phone anymore! I'm completely done with this place! The whole staff is sorry!!!!!! PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!!!!
The doctors seemed great, the staff courteous and professional. But I never received a bill till it was just about past due because they put in the incorrect mailing address. Plus, I had to call two times to get the prescription filled and each time the girl they transferred me to showed attitude, saying it was already put in. (It wasn't, because the second time I called they transferred me to someone else who actually looked it up and she told me she was putting it in right then.)
