Tried to give this place a chance. The staff is grossly under equipped to manage even the most common of ailments like allergic reactions, let alone if you have a serious illness or complex medical history. They procrastinate on referrals and keep poor track of your records. Worse if you’re a woman/ AFAB- they don’t even keep track of your cycles. The Doctors here are the best . I have been coming here for 10+ years . I love the Foster and Ms James is awesome. I wouldn’t trade this place for anything.
On Tuesday March 17, 2026 I arrived for a doctors appointment to establish a primary doctor. The young lady that checked me in was awesome and gentle. Once she was completed the doctor walked in and shattered all hope of an informative and comfortable visit. When the doctor walked to shake my hand his hands were cold and hard like he kept them on ice. I made a statement about them being so cold and he responded cold hands but a warm heart and I said hmm. The staff and doctors here are unmatched. The sweetest and most personable. They get you in and out quick. Once they get to you lol. There is a bit of wait sometimes cause they also do phone appointments but they’re worth the wait
