Updated...yes my doctor there rocks but some of the staff need humility lessons and friendly lessons! Again today just so gruff when I called! ): Feb 12. I visited the clinic twice in one day—once at 8:30 AM and again in the afternoon—hoping to see a doctor. Despite waiting for hours on both occasions, I was never seen by one. The staff showed little concern for the time I spent there, and it felt like my presence was completely disregarded. Eventually, a nurse informed me that my issue wasn’t considered important enough to warrant a doctor’s attention, as they were prioritizing more “serious” cases. Everyone here was fantastic and so friendly and caring. Dr Stearns in particular made a couple decisions at first assessment that do doubt saved my ailment from ending up much worse than it was in the end. Thank you to all involved there.
Spent 5 hours in waiting and leave. Really, you don't even know how long you can wait : it's depend on "priority", that set by .. what? If you are working man and don't like to spend whole day in waiting - don't go. Go to walking clinic - you will spend , of course, with current BC medicine couple hours, but you will be sure that not more than 3 hours
