They told a new apartment we had a bad rental history when our rent has always been paid on time. They never finish maintenance orders, they just put them down as completed. Our dishwasher,lights, and air filter have never been fixed. They have rodents as well. We've had multiple issues with mice and bugs that they refuse to address. Horrible apartment complex. Absolutely terrible company to rent from. The office staff is rude and almost never in the office. Air filters were never changed in the 2 years I've lived there despite me requesting like they asked. Every maintenance issue took multiple phone calls to resolve. The laundry facilities are filthy and over half the machines don't work. Money I lost to the washers and dryers was never returned.
The management people are not good. They charge lots extra money when you leave the apartment. It’s not a good place to live. Avoid this apartment.
the maintenance guys, Quinn and Jacob, always do great work for me and have quick response times, they always communicate with me what problems they run into and always give a realistic fix time.
Military: Be aware the only way to pay rent here is take out a money order and drop it off. If your job sends you TDY a lot I don't recommend. You can't set up auto pay, pay online and from personal experience, I had a flight delay due to weather and couldn't leave within the 4 day grace period unless I bought a plane ticket from another airline and I called Capri and they didn't care & told me to have a friend drop it off...........(i have no friends & in single).
