The management people are not good. They charge lots extra money when you leave the apartment. It’s not a good place to live. Avoid this apartment.
the maintenance guys, Quinn and Jacob, always do great work for me and have quick response times, they always communicate with me what problems they run into and always give a realistic fix time.
Military: Be aware the only way to pay rent here is take out a money order and drop it off. If your job sends you TDY a lot I don't recommend. You can't set up auto pay, pay online and from personal experience, I had a flight delay due to weather and couldn't leave within the 4 day grace period unless I bought a plane ticket from another airline and I called Capri and they didn't care & told me to have a friend drop it off...........(i have no friends & in single). There's no leniency, late fees & they just want their money.... read more

Don't ever live here. Water problems every week, had no heater for 2 weeks and had called maintenance and office managers, never sent anyone. Do yourself a favor and stay clear of these apartments?
