Wir waren für zwei Nächte im Capri Laguna Beach Hotel und hatten einen rundum tollen Aufenthalt! Schon beim Check-in wurden wir herzlich empfangen und mit einem Upgrade auf ein Ocean View Zimmer überrascht – dazu gab’s sogar eine Flasche Wein aufs Haus. Nick, Morgan, Christine, Bachir, and the maintenance & housekeeping staff were all friendly. This is a quaint little gem in the heart of Laguna. You will feel at peace when you arrive, away from the hustle and hustle of other downtown establishments. The pool was lovely, wine and cheese served in the afternoon, crisp clean rooms, old world character decor outside. I felt like I was in Greece.
You’re paying for location. The rooms are okay. They would better with some small modifications. For example having hooks to hang towels. Or a room that’s made for four having four chairs in the dining area so everyone can sit. Small changes would make it allot better. Overall not bad. Did have a couple issues with the door lock and had to ask for it to get repaired.
The location is phenomenal
Stayed in a Queen partial ocean view room that was very comfortable and listened to the sounds of the ocean all night. Hospitality was wonderful especially Nick who was very welcoming. When I asked him if this was his hotel he answered “when you stay here, it’s your hotel.” Would absolutely recommend.
