Went in to get a bracelet cleaned and the staff was very nice and welcoming. Cleaning only took a few minutes. While I waited multiple people asked if I would like anything to drink, and no one was pressuring to buy new jewelry.
Lots if amazing pieces to chose from. Cole and the rest of the staff were extremely kind and helpful.
