I have been living at Capri for almost nine months, and my experience so far has been amazing. The staff and Avery in particular are wonderful and go above and beyond to make sure residents feel comfortable and well taken care of. I can only speak highly of them. Do not live here, they suck. This place is constantly sending emails to me saying “rent is due” when I paid it. They also sent out an email to EVERY resident saying “rates lowers to $650 a month” instead of the $850 I’m paying and then I reached out and said “wow this is great” and they said “yeah but this rate doesn’t apply to you because you already signed your lease” so I responded “why would you send this out to current residents that pretty messed up?” The apartment itself it’s fine and an alright deal but I also wanted... read more
