Good, private living space for a decent price. Walking distance from UO and downtown Eugene. Managers were very respectful
just kind of a joke, tbh. Just don’t lease the micro studios, walls are thin, floors are practically breaking, I had to fix my car because the pillars in the parking lot are too close together to park easily without scraping your car, just a generally small, cramped bad experience. For the price as well, absolutely not. You can ABSOLUTELY find better deals on campus living elsewhere. Would not recommend.
