Front desk isn't very helpful, condos need updating and safety inspections.
The condo we stayed in was amazing. The employees, while not necessarily friendly, were very helpful and knowledgeable. The location to the beach, boardwalk and bay, is great!
Had a wonderful stay! great ammenities, safe, comfortable and very close to all fun points of ocean city MD.
The pool closed earlier than posted. I was told because it was someone different and they may not realize the closing hours. Really? Lobby staff - While some were nice there was some who were not helpful and not pleasant - at all. When checked in they did not offer codes to gym or saunas. Parking is not free. If I was paying HOA fees here I would be very unhappy with services.
Very nice accommodations. Quick access to beach. Greenhouse style pool very cool when it’s raining. Nice tennis court.
