The rooms are looking tired, lots of worn spots on furniture and walls. Dressing gowns had no belts, shower soap had run out. Breakfast was included, pretty poor selection - bacon, scrambled eggs, baked beans only hot selection. Probably wouldn't highly recommend.

Location - perfect. Room - pretty standard for a hotel room. However - the housekeeping standard was horrendous - some phantom dried gunk on the desk area, bin not emptied, bathroom shower area had water stains and spots as if it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. I ordered room service for dinner - passable meal - but they must have thought I really wanted my leftovers because it was still in my room the next day when I got back, and again still outside my room the next morning.

Stayed in a standard 1 king bed room and it was basically just a small studio room with a bed, hotel kitchenette (i.e. includes microwave and sink, no stove) with desk and chair (that's only made for tall people as when I position the chair such that my feet can reach the floor - I'm 5' 2, my wrist and arm are basically at shoulder level, and there's no couch either so the only comfortable area to work on was the bed).
