So far in terms of application and leases it was such a smooth and easy transition! Bret was incredible with communication both in call and text when it came to application and apartment questions. Can’t wait to move in for the 2025-26 school year!

Great property!! Brett the Community Manager was super thorough with the application process and answered all my questions. Maintenance is quick to resolve any work orders. For any first time renters who are looking for a place to call home (and feel like home), Capri IV is where it’s at!
I have not received my security deposit back and it has been many months. It should not take months to cut one check.
