I have never had an issue with an NP at this location, my major problem has always been with their reception and administration. After about 10 times having an appointment rescheduled, you walk in and get treated like an absolute toddler by the reception. After being told that “We HAVE to reschedule your appointment (to a time that doesn’t fit your needs)” making it sound like you have no choice other than to reschedule. Dont waste your time...between a useless NP, supervisor and secretary, its enough to raise your bp to dangerous levels ( which my NP dosnt seem to give a crap about). Mental health is not factored in to their rediculous lack of competance when dealing with patients. It may go to the media its that bad. I think they need to go back to gradeschool where they belong!
My NP Sierra, and the front desk staff deserve 5 stars. They are fantastic, extremely caring and compassionate. However, I can't leave a 5 star review for this clinic as it's been extremely frustrating that there's now a 4 month wait time to see my NP. This clinic has lost a lot of their staff members over the last year or so, and it's really impacting patient care. Best medical care I’ve ever received in my life. The staff are so professional and caring. I’m always very satisfied and grateful to have a wonderful facility like this in our town!
Do NOT go to this clinic unless you want to be more disappointed than a gay man's wife on her honeymoon. These idiots regularly diagnose people with absolutely no testing to back it up. I had a nurse practitioner feel my face and tell me i have polyps. He then referred me to an ear nose and throat specialist where i had to drive all the way to scarborough and get a camera aggressively shoved up my nose to find out not only do i not have polyps but that it's not possible to diagnose.
