CNPLC started out great, but unfortunately it has gone downhill over the last year. I’ve gone through three nurse practitioners—all of whom were amazing—but none have stayed, which points to bigger management issues. Appointments are booked minimum six months out, and I don’t even know who my nurse practitioner is anymore. Something needs to change. I’ve decided to leave and seek care elsewhere.
This place is no good for me cause they don't know what they're doing, saying ribs pop out cause of COPD, no, it's rib flares, so throwing out and closing my account at the pharmacy Cause refusing pharmaceutical and they suck
This clinic started out great for me however there is a high turnover with the NP staff in my five visits I never had the same NP ..I also called with a question regarding a prescription and was told they would call me back they never called me back even after two calls from me to remind them they said it’s on her list of things to do three months later no call
I have never had an issue with an NP at this location, my major problem has always been with their reception and administration. After about 10 times having an appointment rescheduled, you walk in and get treated like an absolute toddler by the reception. After being told that “We HAVE to reschedule your appointment (to a time that doesn’t fit your needs)” making it sound like you have no choice other than to reschedule. Dont waste your time...between a useless NP, supervisor and secretary, its enough to raise your bp to dangerous levels ( which my NP dosnt seem to give a crap about). Mental health is not factored in to their rediculous lack of competance when dealing with patients. It may go to the media its that bad. I think they need to go back to gradeschool where they belong!
